You can't fix what you can't see β and almost every player is surprised by their own footage. Our pickleball video analysis coaching service records your real match play, then delivers a frame-by-frame breakdown of what's actually happening in your game: the technique behind your strokes, the shot selections you make under pressure, your court positioning, and the recurring patterns that cost you points without you ever noticing them. The process is simple. We film a session of your live doubles play β or you send us existing footage from a league night or tournament. We then review it frame by frame, tagging every rally: serves, returns, third shots, kitchen exchanges, speed-ups, and errors. You receive an annotated video review plus a written improvement plan that ranks your highest-impact fixes in order, each with the specific drill to train it. It's the same feedback loop competitive players at every level use, delivered with a tutor's clarity β not jargon, just 'here's what's happening, here's why, and here's the drill that fixes it.' Pair it with lessons or use it standalone; either way, you will never see your game the same way again.
Every video analysis engagement is a complete review-and-plan cycle, not just a recording. The standard package includes:
The deliverable isn't a video β it's clarity. You'll know exactly which two or three changes will win you the most points, and exactly how to train each one.
Match footage tells the truth that memory doesn't. Players remember the spectacular winners and the unlucky nets; the camera remembers the eleven forehand drives that sailed long from the transition zone and the pattern where every deep return to your backhand ended the rally within three shots. Our analysis works in layers. First, technique: contact point, paddle preparation, footwork at the moment of each stroke β reviewed frame by frame where it matters. Second, decisions: for every meaningful rally we ask whether the shot you chose was the right one for that moment, because at most levels shot selection loses more points than shot execution. Third, patterns: we tag rallies across the whole session to find what repeats, since a mistake you make once is noise but a mistake you make every fourth rally is your real opponent. The written plan then ranks findings by impact β not by how obvious they are β so your practice time goes where the points are.
Filming happens at your regular game or at a session we arrange at a Vaughan court β a stable, elevated camera angle captures the full court, and you just play normally; the best footage is the play you'd produce anyway. Already have video? League-night recordings and tournament streams work fine as long as the full court is visible, and phone footage from a fence-mounted mount is usually perfectly usable. Turnaround is within a week: you receive the annotated review video with slow-motion breakdowns, the written improvement plan with drill prescriptions, and a scheduled call or courtside chat to walk through everything together. Many players pair the analysis with a private lesson to train the fixes immediately while they're fresh, and the optional re-film a month later turns improvement from a feeling into a measurement.
This is a tutor service, not a bootcamp. Every lesson is built around your game, your pace, and your goals β with clear, encouraging feedback and a written plan so you always know what improved and what's next.
Group sessions never exceed four players β exactly one doubles court. No lines, no waiting, no getting lost at the back of a giant clinic. Every player gets seen, corrected, and encouraged, every session.
From twenty-somethings discovering the fastest-growing sport in North America to seniors who've made it their daily social game β we coach every age and every level, from first-ever rally to tournament prep.
We know Vaughan's courts β outdoor in Maple and Thornhill through the warm months, indoor through the winter β and we come to the court that's convenient for you, with evening and weekend times available.

Common Questions
Answers to the questions Vaughan players ask most about video analysis & game review.
Send it over β league recordings, tournament streams, or phone video all work as long as the full court is visible for a reasonable stretch of play. We review it frame by frame and deliver the same annotated breakdown and written improvement plan as a session we film ourselves.
